1. GENERAL

Bitus Ltd., company number 11141904, registration address Unit 3 New Concordia Wharf, SE1 2BB, London, United Kingdom (hereinafter – Bitus) offers services of payment for all e-commerce platforms and e-shops with integrated major cryptocurrencies. In accordance with commitment to protect personal privacy Bitus adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data are processed by Bitus if a person uses services of Bitus, website www.bitcoinus.com (hereinafter – Website) or otherwise interacts with Bitus. The term “personal data/information„ describes information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. The information that has been aggregated and/or anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user is not considered as a personal data/information.

Bitus will keep customer personal data/information for the period the customer has an account with Bitus and for one year after the account is closed, but Bitus may store personal data/information for longer if required for legal claims, legal disputes. 3. PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA/INFORMATION TO OTHERS

3.1. For behavior statistics and business intelligence Bitus use the service by Google LLC (Google Analytics), a company located in the United States. Data that Bitus may provide to Google Analytics may include IP address and is used by Google Analytics to generate information about your usage of our service.

3.2. For processing communication data, Bitus uses the service by FinPass, a company located in Lithuania. Communication data may include IP address, country, pages visited, e-mail address, website or company affiliation.

3.3. Bitus may also may transfer personal data/information to potential buyers of Bitus business, to professional advisors, located in and outside the EEA.

3.4. Personal data/information may be transferred to other third-party organizations if Bitus is required by law, or if Bitus is asked by any public or regulatory authority.

4.1. Bitus store and process personal data/information using third party servers located in data centers in the EEA. This information is protected by physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable regulations.

4.2. Bitus uses computer safeguards such as firewall and data encryption. Bitus strive to ensure security on Bitus system, despite all efforts, Bitus cannot guarantee that personal data/information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of Bitus administrative, managerial and technical safeguards.

However, this right does not apply where it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

8. COOKIE POLICY
